Is it a good use of time? It could be, but with more effective methods the entire training process can be, and should be modified.
It's 2020, we now have high speed internet to share all training videos having them in an online bank for staff to complete using their and your time, more effectively.
SO, HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
We work with you to create a series of videos which professionally covers all aspects of the training. We record the sessions for you to distribute to all staff and all participating.
This means staff can complete said training at their own time as an individual. No longer is a large premise needed to cater for staff, staff aren't required to be at one location for a given time, and the trainer doesn't have to repeat the training multiple times.
Video training massively increases productivity, time management and training engagement.
